The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) remains enjoined nationwide. While most people were enjoying the holidays, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the lawyers for a handful of Texas corporations were busy litigating the constitutionality of the CTA, and whether it should be enjoined.
