The CDP Certification is a great resource to use with individuals and teams to help them understand how they respond to conflict, what triggers can escalate conflict and how to manage conflict more effectively. Our CMT program teaches participants the necessary skills to both resolve conflicts directly as well as train others on workplace conflict resolution strategies. In addition to certification as a workplace mediator and train-the-trainer, this 40-hour program provides the opportunity for participants to become CDP-I certified as well.
