MMI has a heartfelt announcement to make: Arlen Oransky, MMI's Chief Membership Officer, will retire at the end of 2025 after 20 years of dedicated leadership.    Known as “the face of MMI,” Arlen has profoundly shaped our mission to Connect, Know, and Grow, building strong relationships and advancing initiatives like the Thrive program, the Ambassador program, and MMI Communities. He’s also the co-author of "The New Managed Account Solutions Handbook" and been named a Legend of WealthTech by LifeYield.    “As I look back on this journey, I am deeply grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to collaborate with incredibly talented and inspiring colleagues and partners,” Arlen shared. “My time at MMI has been extraordinarily rewarding, and I’m proud of our collective successes to elevate an organization that continues to set benchmarks of excellence."   Arlen’s retirement marks the end of an extraordinary era at MMI, but his legacy will continue to inspire.
