We defeat trafficking networks.
About us
The Network is an intelligence-driven, counter-human trafficking organization. As callous as it sounds, we believe traffickers exploit people for one reason: because it makes money. To defeat them, we start by learning how their business works – how it’s organized, how it operates, and what drives profit. By analyzing a trafficker’s business, we can identify its vulnerabilities, create risk, and strategically disrupt it. Our diverse team leverages skills honed in the intelligence community, data analytics, financial services industry, and victim service provision. We are based in Arlington, Virginia, and work with partners across the United States.

We love celebrating team members at The Network so it is high time we introduce our new Chief Technology Officer, Louis Wilbrink! Louis has taken the lead of our small, but mighty, Data Team 🧑💻 💪. Together they will strategize new technological solutions for targeting the #illicitmassage industry. Louis brings a background in software engineering and tech leadership along with his apparent creativity and curiosity to our leadership team. We are so happy to have him on board! 🙌

Been following this incredible group for a long time and so thrilled to finally be able to partner with them! BreakLine Education Big thanks to my good friend, Scott Covington, for introducing me a few years ago.
📢 Kicking off the week with a huge shout-out/thank you to the BreakLine Education team (especially Halle Gill) for supporting a couple of recent recruitment efforts at The Network. As a small non-profit working on intelligence and technology-based tactics to defeat human trafficking, we pride ourselves on having high-caliber teammates who want to develop innovative solutions to a complex problem. The Network hires humble, hungry, and intelligent human beings with a desire to change the world. Finding the right individual to contribute to our audacious mission is often both challenging and time-consuming; BreakLine made this process a breeze. Partnering with BreakLine afforded us the chance to meet a diverse pool of high-quality candidates who met our skill and attribute requirements without the huge upfront investment of building our own pipeline. Halle, our BreakLine relationship manager, spent significant time with us to understand the enormous value we place on cultural fit. We are thrilled that BreakLine introduced us to Liane O., our new Director of Strategic Partnerships, who is engaging with high-profile partners throughout the country to achieve defeat of human trafficking in illicit massage. We cannot recommend BreakLine enough for your talent acquisition needs!
