About us
The Network is an intelligence-driven, counter-human trafficking organization. As callous as it sounds, we believe traffickers exploit people for one reason: because it makes money. To defeat them, we start by learning how their business works – how it’s organized, how it operates, and what drives profit. By analyzing a trafficker’s business, we can identify its vulnerabilities, create risk, and strategically disrupt it. Our diverse team leverages skills honed in the intelligence community, data analytics, financial services industry, and victim service provision. We are based in Arlington, Virginia, and work with partners across the United States.

📢 Kicking off the week with a huge shout-out/thank you to the BreakLine Education team (especially Halle Gill) for supporting a couple of recent recruitment efforts at The Network. As a small non-profit working on intelligence and technology-based tactics to defeat human trafficking, we pride ourselves on having high-caliber teammates who want to develop innovative solutions to a complex problem. The Network hires humble, hungry, and intelligent human beings with a desire to change the world. Finding the right individual to contribute to our audacious mission is often both challenging and time-consuming; BreakLine made this process a breeze. Partnering with BreakLine afforded us the chance to meet a diverse pool of high-quality candidates who met our skill and attribute requirements without the huge upfront investment of building our own pipeline.
