Located on San Antonio’s Northwest Side, this $20.4 million investment was made possible through several critical funding sources from the City of San Antonio, ensuring affordable rates for residents. NRP collaborated with Opportunity Home San Antonio and the City of San Antonio Neighborhood & Housing Services Department (NHSD) to bring this development to life. In partnership with the City of Charlotte, the development brings 200-units of affordable housing to the Southeast district of the city. The development offers one-to-four-bedroom floorplans to suit diverse needs and features best-in-class amenities such as a 24-hour fitness center and a conference center with a WiFi-enabled cyber café ideal for remote work. Additionally, family-friendly amenities include an onsite playground and covered picnic areas. Each apartment boasts open-concept layouts complete with private patios/balconies, spacious walk-in closets and sleek modern cabinetry.
