Blast from the past. We partnered with Peak Construction Corporation on this project. Peak built the #Greenfield 815,000 sq. ft. facility, which is now owned by Vista Outdoor Inc. who continues to utilize our end-to-end #warehouse automation system. Numina Group designed and automated the entire operation. Our RDS #WES orchestrates order release, and RDS Voice directs picking of full cases and split cases across multiple pick modules, as well as a #VNA slower mover zone. Split cases travel to inline #packing automation featuring #slam #automation. Full cases are automatically print and applied with retail compliance label and / or parcel shipping label, and then sorted to LTL pallet build or parcel carrier. The system handles 100+ full cases and split cases a minute!
