Celebrating 1000 Years of Service and Experience! Known as the Pasha 1000 Team, 37 employees of our Teamster 683 Union at Pasha Automotive Services’ (PAS) National City Marine Terminal at the Port of San Diego have contributed a combined 1000-plus years of service for the company. These remarkable, dedicated group of leaders account for 18% of our union members, with an average service time of 27.8 years as compared to 12 years of service for the entire union body. “The ‘Pasha Way’ is what sets us apart from other companies and these amazing members of the Pasha 1000 Team are the perfect example of what our tenured employees bring with them every day at work,” said George Pasha, IV. “What makes our company special is our team members and the way we support our customers, each other, and the communities where we live and operate.
