The group met at Barcelo Hotel Group's Warsaw Powiśle Hotel and proceeded to the new Pedestrian & Cycling Bridge over the Vistula River, giving the group a panoramic view of the capital's skyline, the country's national stadium and the wild east bank of the river. - then on to Elektrownia Powiśle, the former electricity plant transformed into a beautiful modern mixed-use scheme by White Star Real Estate (WSRE), presented by Dariusz Domanski. - a short hop on Warsaw's metro, and the group's next stop was Towarowa 22, the state-of-the-art 6.5 ha revitalization mixed-use neighbourhood currently under construction in the post-industrial Wola district by AFI Europe Poland, Echo Investment S.A. and Grupa Archicom, where they were met by Piotr Kozłowski. - next to Skanska's Studio office buildings, A (under construction) and B (open - recently sold to an international property company), where our international guests toured the newest Business Link offices, full of the latest innovations including a podcast recording studio, presented by Ewelina Kałużna. - a short walk to Echo Investment's #BrowaryWarszawskie converted brewery mixed-use community where Marta Cichocka of Archicom Group unveiled the company's new Archicom Collection residential brand. - then to AFI Europe Poland's #Zlota83 immaculately-restored apartments-for-rent scheme, where our guests were shown a beautifully renovated staircase and showcase apartment by Michal Stepien. - and finally to Varso Tower for a pre-cocktail discussion about political and economic issues in Poland and the CEE region at CMS Poland's office on the 43rd floor, followed by The CEE Summit's Welcome Networking on CMS's amazing viewing platform high up above Warsaw's skyline, hosted by Andrzej Pośniak and Agata Jurek - Zbrojska and their team.
