🚀Country-specific Reports for LkSG Implementation Germany Trade & Invest, Auswärtiges Amt (Federal Foreign Office) Germany and DIHK have published country-specific reports to support companies’ LkSG implementation. The reports help German companies to identify country-specific risks in global supply chains and also outline preventive and remedial measures. 🌍 The RBH Mexico, implemented by Consejo Coordinador Empresarial MX Oficial, was presented at an event marking International Anti-Corruption Day and International Human Rights Day. The event highlighted the progress of human rights in the private sector and reinforced the commitment to HRDD. It brought together national and international organizations to share their projects for 2024 and plans for 2025, fostering collaboration and identifying opportunities for multi-stakeholder collaborations. 💡 Valuable insights from the RBH Exchange with BAFA Last Monday marked the conclusion of our two exchange sessions between The RBH Network and the German Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle (BAFA)(BAFA). We met with business owners who trade or plan to trade with European countries at the Turkish-German Investment and Cooperation Day & B2B Meetings organized by the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany Ankara, the İzmir Chamber of Commerce, and the Aegean Chamber of Industry. 🌍🤝 As the Responsible Business Helpdesk Türkiye (RBH Türkiye), we shared our services with the business owners. Through the B2B meetings we informed participants from various sectors such as automotive, textiles, renewable energy, logistics, and construction about #HREDD and our training programs. 🌱💼 --- Almanya Federal Cumhuriyeti Ankara Büyükelçiliği, İzmir Ticaret Odası ve EGE BÖLGESİ SANAYİ ODASI iş birliği ile düzenlenen Türk-Alman Yatırım ve İş Birliği Günü & İkili İş Görüşmeleri’nde Avrupa ülkeleriyle ticaret yapan veya yapmayı planlayan firma sahipleriyle bir araya geldik. 🌍🤝 Sorumlu İşletmeler Destek Merkezi Türkiye (RBH Türkiye) olarak, hizmetlerimizi firma sahipleriyle paylaştık. 🌍 This year's United Nations Forum on Business and Human Rights in Geneva was an exciting event for The RBH Network. Here are three key highlights of our representation at the Forum: 1. SMEs need better access to ESG-finance and localized information systems! These were two of the key take-aways of the female panel including Tanja Lindell from RBH Serbia on ‘Empowering SMEs: Awareness Raising and Capacity Building in Business and Human Rights’. RBHs around the globe are offering the needed localized information on HREDD. 2. 👥The helpdesk landscape is evolving dynamically! Thanks to the German and Dutch Helpdesks (Jenny Ohme, Viola Heeneman - Van Waaij, Eva Smulders) for arranging a very helpful network dinner for the different helpdesk structures. It is ever more important to be aligned, refer to each other and use synergies! We are looking forward to extent our collaboration with other stakeholders offering support service Emily Sims, Sarah Gondy, Hannah Koep-Andrieu, Kevin Lehmann, Hélène Béaghe, Thomas Grupp, Esther Sommer, István Németh, Sophie Derksen, Lauren Wessel, Sila Y., Ben Shea, André Hedberg, Alejandra Muñoz Gonzáles, Malte Drewes, Dr. Jessica de Wolff   3.
