The Riverside Company recently sold its investment in PFB Corporation's Plasti-Fab and Insulspan business units, marking the first sale of a Riverside portfolio company participating in Ownership Works. Founded in 2021, Ownership Works is a nonprofit organization that works with companies and capital partners to provide employees with the opportunity to build wealth at work. Riverside Value team members recently joined the PFB management team to host recognition events across eight company locations in Canada and the U.S., distributing the equivalent of three and a half months' salary to every employee. #privateequity #sharedownership
