Roland Park Country School is an independent all-girls college preparatory school in Baltimore, Maryland serving girls from Kindergarten through Grade 12 and Co-Ed Preschool. A Baltimore Magazine article cites RPCS as the "best school for tomorrow’s leaders."

Lauren joins RPCS from Chimes International, a nonprofit organization that helps people with disabilities and behavioral health challenges find jobs and access services, with more than 3,500 employees across six states. Prior to Chimes, Lauren served as Director of Human Resources at the Maryland School for the Blind for 11 years, where she managed all HR functions of the organization, including recruitment and retention, onboarding and exit interview data analysis, performance management, benefit administration, and more for nearly 400 employees. Lauren is also an adjunct professor in the Graduate Human Resource Development at Towson University, a position she has held since August 2014.
