📣 Meet the Team: Kyleigh Grandon We are thrilled to introduce Kyleigh Grandon, one of our incredible project managers. She is always on the hunt for the next big project, ensuring that customer expectations are always exceeded. With a degree in Communications from Kent State and prior marketing experience, she also plays a strong role in TTH's marketing team! Kyleigh has been with the company for a year and a half. Throughout this time, she has loved watching the incredible capabilities of additive manufacturing and how the products can have such a positive impact on someone's life. In her free time, you can find her hiking, listening to music, or crafting up a new delicious recipe!

It was a pleasure to host the Leadership Portage County Class of 2025 group for their annual Business Day! 💼 After networking and a facility tour, members participated in a panel led by four local small business leaders (including our own Nicki Gear)! The panel discussed many insightful topics, overviewing successes and how to overcome hardships as a leader. Special thanks to the organization for everything they do for Portage County. We are proud to be a part of such a great community of fellow small businesses!

Believing in a strong focus on customer satisfaction, he is always looking to build relationships with his clients, both new and old. With a degree Business Administration from Kent State University, Matt uses his business experience and industry knowledge to ensure projects go off without a hitch! Matt joined the company in 2021. His favorite part is being able to help with new and exciting prototype or production projects for such a wide variety of industries. In his free time, he enjoys staying active and watching sports, as well as rooting for his Nebraska Cornhuskers.

With a degree in Marketing and Management from University of Mount Union, Jimmy uses his management background and friendly attitude to keep our customers happy. Jimmy joined the company in 2023, and during his time with the company, his favorite parts are the team environment and the relationships that he has built. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, volleyball, and softball with his friends, as well as rooting for his Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers. Thanks for being a part of our team Jimmy!

Alongside prioritizing customer satisfaction, he consistently seeks out new and exciting projects for TTH to bring to fruition. With a degree in advertising management from Michigan State University, Nick uses his marketing expertise and customer management skills to keep our customers happy. Nick joined the company in 2024, and during his short time, he is most proud of taking on exciting and challenging new projects. In his free time, he likes to stay active by working out or playing golf. You can find him cheering for the Chicago Bears and Michigan State Spartans during game day! 📢 Meet the Team: Kelly Lucha We’re thrilled to introduce our Director of Sales and Project Management, Kelly Lucha. She has been with TTH since 2019, starting as a SPM and manager before transitioning into the director role in 2023. With degrees in marketing and logistics from John Carroll University, Kelly applies her experience and industry knowledge to any and every project she oversees. Kelly’s favorite thing about her role is being a part of a team that creates products that make a difference. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball and golf, as well as decorating for every holiday. No matter when game day is, you can find her rooting for all Cleveland and Ohio State teams.
