  • We're excited to announce the launch of the inaugural Toro Grounds Academy at Brentsville District High School! Both in the classroom and on the field, future turf management leaders are gaining hands-on training, career development opportunities, and access to scholarships. Thanks to our distributor, Turf Equipment and Supply Company, students are also working daily with a full fleet of Toro equipment. We’re honored to support these students on their path to excellence and can't wait to see the impact they will make in the industry.

Thank you to the Minnesota Business Partnership for hosting last week’s panel discussion on what makes Minnesota America’s Headquarters Economy. Our CEO, Rick Olson, had the opportunity to share insights alongside fellow industry leaders and explore how our collective efforts can continue shaping a strong future for our state. As a Minnesota-based company, we are honored to be part of a community that drives progress through innovation and collaboration.

  • We recently partnered with the Minnesota Twins and the City of Saint Paul to restore National Baseball Hall of Fame Joe Mauer’s youth baseball field at Dunning Sports Complex. As part of our ongoing commitment to provide safe and accessible playing fields and outdoor spaces, we’re honored to help ensure that every child has a place to chase their dreams. To cap off the day, Joe Mauer stopped by to thank our volunteers and officially retire his youth baseball jersey—a full-circle moment for a hometown hero and a reminder of the lasting impact a well-maintained field can have on future generations.

  • Today, The Toro Company announced third quarter earnings results. Thanks to the discipline and dedication of our outstanding team, we delivered top- and bottom-line growth in a very dynamic environment. The increase in net sales was driven by our residential mass channel, as well as our golf and grounds and underground construction businesses.   As summer progressed, macro factors led to increased caution from homeowners and dealers, which resulted in lower-than-expected shipments of residential and professional lawn care products. Even so, we were able to make significant progress in reducing dealer field inventories for those products.   Our business fundamentals remain strong and we look ahead with optimism to fiscal 2025. Importantly, our team remains laser focused on operating with agility and discipline, driving productivity across the enterprise, and capitalizing on our ever-expanding portfolio of innovative products to drive value for our customers, channel partners and shareholders. https://lnkd.in/gnFqQ4vZ
