The largest affordable housing unit ever in downtown OKC, the Alley’s End housing project, secured financing this year and recently began construction on a 214-unit complex. Additionally, The Harmony – Marcus Garvey Apartments began leasing in December, addressing the need for affordable housing options for seniors while revitalizing NE OKC by preserving the historic Marcus Garvey School.

The $255 million investment serves as a magnet drawing a new skilled workforce and other economic boons to the city.
