The upstream oil & natural gas industry has reduced its methane intensity by 61% and total methane emissions by 42% since 2015. Through development of new tech and improved operating practices, the US upstream oil and gas industry is leading the way in emission reductions.

In the last 20 years, while the US has reduced its overall CO2 emissions—China more than DOUBLED theirs. They are now responsible for 35% of global C02 emissions. Emission reduction strategies must think globally.

Energy demand is set to skyrocket, and our grid is *not* ready for it. The only way we will be ready is if America takes an all-of-the-above energy approach–including renewables, natural gas, and nuclear all playing a part.
