The team validated NXPH4’s expression and prognostic significance through tissue microarray staining and confirmed its role in promoting tumor progression in CRC via experiments using cellular, organoid, and animal models. They also found that NXPH4 regulates tumor growth by preventing mRNA degradation through an m5C-dependent RNautophagy mechanism and stabilizes HIF1A, amplifying the HIF signaling pathway. This makes NXPH4 a promising target for therapeutic intervention in CRC. 🧪 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗚𝗲𝗹® 𝗥𝗚𝗗 was used to simulate invasive environments during tumor cell migration and invasion assays. This model helped establish NXPH4's involvement in cancer progression, showing that its overexpression enhances tumor invasiveness.
