About us
Circle Health Services has merged with The Centers for Families and Children and are now known as The Centers. The Centers fights for equity by healing, teaching, and inspiring individuals to reach their full potential, ensuring communities are equitable, healthier, and prosperous. Our innovative 2Gen approach centers on the whole family to create a legacy of educational success and economic prosperity that passes from one generation to the next. Through this model, we integrate health and wellness services for children, teens, and adults, , including primary care, behavioral health care, addiction services, HIV treatment and in-house pharmacies. We also offer family support programs, including early childhood development, job training and workplace/workforce development. We are one of the oldest and largest health and human service agencies in Northeast Ohio, with 11 locations serving nearly 20,000 people each year.

Strengthening Cuyahoga County’s Crisis Response System Yesterday was an exciting day at The Centers as news crews filled our Midtown Administrative Building, capturing a major step forward in behavioral health care for our community—the new behavioral health crisis receiving center at the St. Vincent’s Medical Office Building (MOB). This initiative is the result of an ongoing partnership between The Centers, Cuyahoga County, and the ADAMHS Board, working together to ensure individuals experiencing a mental health crisis have access to immediate, compassionate, and effective care—without unnecessary ER visits or law enforcement involvement.
