We loved how each morsel packed both sweet and savory flavors and can't wait to incorporate them into our holiday cooking. Some of our favorites were the Brussels sprouts with balsamic fig reduction, brown butter-glazed sweet potatoes, and a bright butterbean salad tossed with fresh herbs, watermelon radishes, and other crisp, local veggies We appreciate everyone who came out for this event and look forward to seeing you at our 18th Annual "A Meal to Remember" Gala and Auction on March 28 -- mark your calendars!
