It is an exciting Friday at Healthyr! I am thrilled to announce the launch of Healthyr Horizon's newest Clinical Care Pathway: Cancer Survivorship—a transformative step toward redefining how we support cancer survivors in their journey beyond remission. Today, cancer survivors face a daunting reality: fragmented care, limited follow-up, and barriers to maintaining their overall health. Survivorship is more than monitoring; it's about providing a holistic, coordinated approach that addresses the physical, emotional, and social challenges survivors encounter every day. At Healthyr, we believe cancer survivorship care should be proactive, comprehensive, and seamlessly integrated into patients' lives. With Healthyr Horizon, we’re breaking down data silos, uniting real-time, longitudinal insights and delivering personalized, evidence-based pathways for survivorship care. From virtual oncology support and mental and behavioral health services to nutrition guidance, wearable RPM integration, and Oncology biomarker and genetic diagnostics, to pathology second opinion and tumor board, Healthyr Horizon ensures survivors receive whole-person care that goes beyond the clinic. It's a new standard in survivorship care, designed to empower patients, engage clinicians, and deliver better outcomes. We’re excited to bring this innovation to life and make cancer survivorship care what it should be: holistic, proactive, and accessible for every survivor. Together, we can transform the standard of care and help survivors thrive. https://lnkd.in/eaaUrGdS #CancerSurvivorship #HealthyrHorizon #InnovationInHealthcare #WholePersonCare HealthyrPaul MuretWilliam Fleming, PharmDChris CaudillTony M.Lorena NeibaurMichael P. • The Hidden Costs of Convenience Continuing the discussion from our podcast with our CEO, Stacey Finster, and Dr. Sathya Krishnasamy, they explore how the rise of ultra-processed foods has contributed to today's metabolic health crisis and the steps we can take to turn the tide. These ultra-processed foods were a creation of the 1960s, a response to changes in family and workforce structures. Convenience and longer shelf lives were part of their appeal, but their consequences on metabolic health would be dire: weight gain, insulin resistance, and chronic disease. The problem is systemic: ultra-processed foods dominate store shelves because they are cheap, accessible, and marketed as quick solutions for modern lifestyles. Meanwhile, healthier options like fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains are often less accessible due to higher costs and longer preparation times. This underscores the urgent need to address the barriers that prevent widespread access to nutritious, affordable food options. In the podcast, Dr. Krishnasamy underlines that prevention begins long before symptoms manifest. It is a question of inculcating early habits: choosing whole, less-processed foods and balanced portions to mitigate risk over time. For women, addressing metabolic health a decade before menopause may prevent cascading health effects later in life, but these principles apply to all. At Healthyr, we align with Dr. Krishnasamy's vision of addressing metabolic health challenges at their core. By focusing on prevention, supporting sustainable habits, and leveraging data to guide care, we aim to create lasting change—shifting the conversation from reactive treatments to proactive strategies that empower individuals and providers to achieve meaningful, measurable improvements. Click to watch our full podcast to hear more from Dr. Krishnasamy on how nutrition and systemic changes can reshape metabolic health for future generations. https://bit.ly/4gcOe02 #MetabolicHealth #PreventativeCare #ChronicDiseasePrevention #Healthyr #HealthyHabits #HealthEquity Stacey FinsterJay FinsterFabio BaglioniChris CaudillTony M.

  • Women's Metabolic Health: Closing the Gaps America's metabolic health crisis affects millions, yet women often bear unique challenges that remain underrepresented in research, care delivery, and public discourse. From how menopause impacts bone and cardiovascular health to a lack of inclusive clinical trials, these gaps in understanding have placed many women navigating critical health issues without adequate guidance or support. Much of the data underpinning treatment guidelines has, for decades, revolved around male participants, a blind spot in healthcare when it comes to how conditions such as cardiovascular disease and metabolic changes are presented in women. During menopause, for instance, hormonal shifts don't just affect bone density and muscle mass, they also heighten cardiovascular risks in ways that are frequently misdiagnosed or overlooked. This is not just about lost opportunities for intervention; but a systemic failure to address the nuances of women's health with the same urgency as men's. A lack of more inclusive research underpins this challenge. Though efforts have indeed been made to include more women in clinical trials, this representation gap persists, and the consequences are far-reaching. Care delivery, treatment protocols, and prevention strategies are based far too often on incomplete data that does not provide the full scope of the needs of women's health. Bridging this gap is not just a clinical imperative-it is a moral one. These are just some of the critical issues under discussion in the first episode of the Healthyr Conversations Podcast, in which our CEO Stacey Finster sat down with Dr. Sathya Krishnasamy, a leading endocrinologist at UofL Health. In the clip below, they discuss how menopause affects bone and cardiovascular health, why symptoms of cardiovascular disease often present differently in women, and how inclusive research is finally starting to shift the landscape of care. The discussion brings up the urgency for solutions that not only recognize these differences but actively address them. At Healthyr, we are committed to meeting these challenges head-on. With our Metabolic Health Program, we provide personalized care pathways and seamless health monitoring based on evolving needs. By offering proactive interventions led by real-time data, we aim to empower both healthcare professionals and patients to make timely, informed decisions, which will ensure better outcomes. The time to act is now. Addressing the metabolic health crisis and the unique challenges women face requires collaboration across research, policy, and care delivery. Together, we can ensure women's health is no longer an afterthought but a cornerstone of equitable, innovative healthcare for all. #MetabolicHealth #WomensHealth #EquityInHealthcare #HealthResearch #MenopauseHealth #CardiovascularHealthJayJayJay FinsterFabio BaglioniTony M.Chris CaudillShannon Hendrix, MS, RD, LD, FACHEPaul MuretWilliam Fleming, PharmD

America is facing a metabolic crisis. With diabetes, obesity, and heart disease rates climbing, it’s clear that the current healthcare model is struggling to keep up. We need a shift—a sustainable transformation that moves beyond just meeting regulatory checkboxes to delivering truly high-quality, coordinated care that supports both patients and clinicians. That’s why Healthyr is taking a comprehensive approach to chronic disease management. Healthyr Horizon is designed to weave whole-person care into the daily lives of patients. With evidence-based pathways and real-time data integration, we aim to weave clinicians, patients, and stakeholders to drive better health outcomes, reduce costs, and lighten the burden of compliance. It’s time to leave fragmented, encounter-based care behind and embrace a cohesive system that redefines healthcare in 2025 and beyond. It is time to transform healthcare to make a real impact—because we believe the principle that health is not only about a single treatment today—it’s about empowering patients for better health every tomorrow. Nery GomezFabio BaglioniChris CaudillTony M.Paul MuretWilliam Fleming, PharmDMichael P. 🔓 Unlocking Healthcare: Simplifying the Journey for Patients and Providers 🔓 By Healthyr's SVP of Software Engineering Tony M. and William Fleming, PharmD The healthcare system is often fragmented, making it difficult for patients and providers to receive and deliver great experiences because, in part, data sits across multiple platforms. These inefficiencies result in missed opportunities for patients to feel understood by their providers and ultimately impact patient outcomes. Healthyr is solving this by integrating tools that simplify healthcare. Our approach centers around interoperability, which ensures that data from EMRs, wearables, and self-reported patient information flows smoothly across systems. Our software automates real-time data exchange across more than 90 EMR systems, ensuring vital information is always available when it’s needed. 💡 That’s just the beginning.., We don’t view AI as a standalone solution—it’s a tool that makes healthcare easier. With AskHealthyrAI 🤖 , patients can receive intuitive, personalized health insights based on their data, making it simpler to manage their choices. We’re also using predictive AI to help identify patient needs, whether it’s sending medication reminders 💊 or offering nutrition advice tailored to their habits 🥗. Imagine a healthcare system that understands patient needs while providing real-time insights that help providers deliver better care 🧑⚕️. With this approach, Healthyr is enabling better outcomes, reducing administrative burdens on providers 📋, and finding ways to help lower healthcare costs 💰, all while making the experience less overwhelming for patients and providers. The future of healthcare isn’t just about technology; it’s about creating seamless, compassionate experiences. We’re shaping better health outcomes and transforming care delivery. Whether it’s personalized advice and information or making sure providers have what they need in real-time, the focus is on enhancing both the human and operational side of healthcare. This isn’t just a vision. It’s happening now. 🚀 At Healthyr, we’re building a future where technology simplifies healthcare, delivers personalized care, and helps improve health outcomes.
