Johnson Institute's virtual art gallery, created to memorialize the work of artists who participated in their Starship Artist Fellowship. Awareness can be dangerous if not accompanied by real support for trans leaders and organizers. So, programs like the Starship Artist Fellowship, which empowers Black trans creatives with the resources to navigate often transphobic art spaces, are incredibly important. 🎨 https://lnkd.in/gTSWUQxX
