As we reflect on 2024, we are in awe of all the Lord accomplished through The Rooted Sisters ministry this year. Every step has been a testament to His faithfulness and your partnership. We cannot thank you enough! 2025 will mark our 10th year in ministry. Over this past decade, The Rooted Sisters has become a sanctuary for professional women—a safe and empowering space to study God’s Word, deepen faith in Christ, and lead others to do the same. Through your support, we’ve built a ministry that: - Provides spiritual growth opportunities through Bible Study, Prayer, Fellowship, the annual Faith-Fueled Mastermind Retreat, and outreach events like the Christian Business Women’s Breakfast. - Fosters meaningful connections by uniting like-minded professional women for partnership in business, ministry, and friendship. - Supports women in their life journeys, offering ministry of presence during personal and professional milestones—from comforting them in times of grief to celebrating their achievements. - Offers one-on-one discipleship for those seeking deeper faith and support through life’s challenges. This year alone, the Lord has allowed us to host... - 50 Prayer Meetings - 20+ Bible Study Sessions - 20+ Fellowship Events - The Annual Christian Business Women’s Breakfast (800 women impacted) - The Faith-Fueled Mastermind Retreat (36 women and organizations impacted) - 2 Outreach-Training Events We’ve also led three transformative Bible Study Series: - “First Steps” with Ministry Affiliate Tina Wesley - “The Book of Daniel” with Co-Founder and Chairwoman Lisa Nichols - “The Book of Revelation” with Dr. Richard Blackaby Beyond our events, we extended support to: - The Women’s Discipleship Ministry of Greater St. Louis, fostering Biblical discipleship for women locally. - The Jeff Ruby Foundation, equipping children and teens to succeed despite challenging circumstances. - Blackaby Ministries International, offering training on spiritual leadership in homes, churches, and workplaces. - The First Things First Foundation, through the Warners' Warm-Up Coat Drive in St. Louis. - Scholarships for Faith-Fueled Mastermind Retreat attendees and tickets for local professionals and Christian leaders to the Christian Business Women’s Breakfast. - Tangible and spiritual support to women navigating seasons of grief. These initiatives required tremendous effort, prayer, and coordination—made possible by our devoted staff, board, and faithful supporters like you.
