Like many women, I grew up with the belief that being feminine, especially in the workplace, meant weakness. So for a long time, I tried to get ahead by emulating the masculine leaders around me. It felt so uncomfortable, wrong and just not…my style.  I realized that I am most POWERFUL when I lean back in my feminine energy.  I started to lean more into intuition guided decisions in my business, rather than data driven decisions.
