We look forward to enabling this transformation by always focusing on health providers and their challenges, building creative new tools and technology, and ensuring the best possible care for every patient. In doing so, we will embark on the transformation journey with our health system partners, giving them the ‘courage and confidence to begin’. Thank you Douglas Descalzi, James Stevenson, and Allen Flynn. Follow us at Thiopoly and learn more at www.thiopoly.com.

Two of the most powerful, catalytic forces in transformation are having their moment – AI and automation. New, emerging technology is far more capable of radical and fundamental change than just a few years ago. For industries that always seem on the precipice of danger or for those on an unsustainable path, technology-enabled transformation is now very realistic and a lifeline. It is an opportunity to address previously intractable problems and relieve pressure that can strain or strangle organizations. Nowhere is this more palpable than in health, including the operations that enable patient care. As the population ages, care migrates, costs rise, staffing struggles, and regulations mount, transformation is needed and inevitable. We have the tools. We just need our creativity and imagination, and the courage and confidence to begin. Thanks to James Stevenson and Allen Flynn for co-authoring article with me below.
