35 years and a lifetime of impact. At this year’s Company Kickoff, we introduced a new award – the Greg and Nancy Thrasher Legacy Award. This award recognizes someone who has shaped our mission, lived our values, and left a lasting mark on Thrasher, just like our founders. There was no better person to be our second recipient than Tom Bilyeu. Tom met Greg Thrasher in college and started his career here. He’s watched Thrasher grow from a small family business to what it is today. As a Solutions Specialist, he’s not just helping homeowners — he’s educating real estate agents, mentoring his team, and always finding ways to make us better. But Tom’s impact runs deeper. He’s the heart behind our Thrasher Community Garden, the friendly face who always stops for a chat, and the guy who fires up the grill at every event. His laugh is contagious, his knowledge endless, and his dedication unmatched. Tom, your legacy is mentorship, passion, and a commitment to redefining what’s possible. We’re grateful for the mark you’ve left — and continue to leave — on all of us.

Some people don't just work at a company – they shape it. At this year's Company Kickoff, we introduced a new award: the Greg and Nancy Thrasher Legacy Award. This award honors our founders and recognizes those who truly embody our core values. And the first of two recipients? Jim Gidley. Jim joined Thrasher in 1997, and spent nearly three decades shaping every part of the business. He managed operations on a now-retro PC (as seen in the photo), helped launch our sister company, Supportworks, Inc., served as CFO, and most recently, guided us as Senior Advisor. But Jim's legacy isn't just about what he did – it's about who he is. A leader with integrity, dedication, and a true passion for helping homeowners. After 28 years, Jim retired in 2024, leaving behind a company forever shaped by his leadership. Jim, thank you for everything. Your impact is woven into the fabric of Thrasher, and we're beyond grateful.

At this year’s kickoff, we celebrated the incredible Ashley Sudik as our One Passion MVP! 🏆 This award honors our office staff who don’t just talk about our values — they live them. One Passion means going above and beyond to care deeply about what we do, helping others grow, and making a lasting impact on the company. Ashley is a perfect example of this. This past year, she took on the challenge of earning her Certified Payroll Professional certification, spending nights and weekends studying to improve her skills and our processes.
