Celebrating wins is a MUST! We love this! Way to go Principal Jamal Crook 👏🏼
As we gear up for the new school year, it's essential to reflect on our accomplishments from the past year. Research underscores the pivotal role of teacher collective efficacy in driving student achievement. During pre-planning this year, our focus is on strengthening our collective efficacy in both ourselves and our students, a critical factor in boosting student success. It's clear that investing in people is paramount, given that outcomes mirror individuals' belief in their capabilities. #morethanenough #bettertogether #builtforgreatness #CollectiveEfficacy #Believe

Last weekend, we co-hosted a retreat with the University of Tampa for female school leaders in our Tampa Bay Area — and we think you can tell by the look on their faces how INSPIRING this experience was. ✨ These women are showing up fiercely in their roles, and our job during this retreat was to provide them a space where they could renew, recharge, and empower themselves to walk into next school year with tools necessary to confront burnout and maintain their individual wellbeing. We had some incredible guest speakers and vendors. We’d like to take a moment to thank them, and acknowledge Dr. Adrianne Wilson for making this day possible for all of these incredible women. To our principals: for our collective success in these positions of leadership — may we continue to show up with courage, power, and a commitment to putting ourselves first — because we cannot pour from an empty cup. #selfcareisnotselfish #mentalhealthmatter #leadership #leadershiptampabay #tampabayschoolprincipals

If you’re a leader, you likely didn’t learn in your training or schooling ways to strengthen workplace culture. And- it’s not an easy feat 😮💨 It is NORMAL to need support. If you want to be a ✨dynamic✨ leader that is skilled at cultivating 💣 culture, you have to know where to begin. Which component of culture do you address first? Communication? Relationships? Resources? Leadership? When you work with us, we TEACH YOU how to do this in a straightforward, duplicatable way, so that you know: 1) Where to start with the lowest hanging fruit, and 2) How to create a space where people want to be and are aligned as one team working towards the same mission. 🎯 Comment CULTURE below to receive our 4 magic 🪄 tips to shift culture in the workplace.

Yesterday, we kicked off Teacher Appreciation Week with an amazing Hillsborough County school that is doing the HARD work of paving the way for a new school to be built from the ground up! 👏🏽 They opened their doors in August 2023 and their teachers are ✨amazing✨ humans. We had the privilege to provide tangible tools, including very hands-on (no pun intended) modalities to provide relief and raise awareness around the burnout cycle, which many educators find themselves in the thick of from around October/November til the end of the year. Need this at your school? Like, daily?? Well - here’s some good news 👀 You can still schedule a discovery call to learn more about services for next year and how we can become part of your community. 🔗 Head to https://lnkd.in/eHwhWSBz to book. #teacherappreciationweek #teacherappreciation #teacherwellbeing #supportourteachers #supportschools
