Amy provided us with a brief bio, which we've shared below. I am a Subcontracts Program manager for Collins Aerospace. I've been with the company for 13 years starting when it was Rockwell Collins. I started my career as an Engineering Project Specialist for 5 years and then moved into Subcontract where I assisted Program Managers until I became a Program Manager myself 3 years ago. I work mostly on programs that support Boeing and Airbus aircrafts. I work with suppliers on the development of new products, manage quality and delivery performance and negotiate contracts. I got my undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Spanish from Coe College and my MBA from Mount Mercy University.
