2025 will see a brand new approach to the design, manufacture, and FINANCING of deployable housing for hospitality, institutional, and workforce applications. We are expanding our national footprint, and adding to our facilities. Actually joining a much bigger family. Deal flow is critical to the operation. High activity and efficient turnaround will allow us to offer lower competitive pricing while maintaining the highest of standards. High activity will also allow us to creatively offer significant credit facilities to qualified partners/clients. Do you have a need for custom, quality offsite construction? High volume unit orders (25+)? Short time frames? Limited cash? Don't let great opportunities slip by another year. We're here to help.

We missed the Glamping Show Americas event this week. Here's why. ...and we'll be back next year, with a much different purpose. #housing #homeless #refugees #PTSD #veterans #needy #shelter
"Share your food with the hungry, and give shelter to the homeless. Give clothes to those who need them, and do not hide from relatives who need your help." Reads Isaiah 58:7 Give shelter..... TimberHut has been providing shelter to guests of resorts willing to pay a premium for that experience. And we've been doing so for several years now. Nothing wrong in doing so. Every enterprise needs to offer profitable products and services to grow and support a multitude of stakeholders. And we're not going to stop doing this. But we're changing our tune somewhat. We are taking the national housing crisis on as a direct challenge to do something better with our resources. "Give shelter" means more to me now than ever before. We(as a society) have the ability to create a radical new approach to living spaces for our homeless brothers and sisters, for those suffering from addiction, abuse, and mental issues beyond their control. We have the ability to shelter and comfort veterans and those stricken with PTSD and other severe trauma induced afflictions. And we don't have to wait for studies, massive housing grants, and over-burdensome land-use provisions. We don't have to wait for bureaucratic red tape and politicians to decide whether such a cause is worthy. We know it is. If the luxury eco-tourism market can thrive by using low-impact, environmentally friendly, smartly built deployable housing, then let's see how far we can take it in the space that really needs it. Land is available. US cities own thousands of acres worth of demolished housing, begging for renewal infill opportunities. The infrastructure is already there. The need is there. A recovering addict needs a safe, controlled environment to continue her recovery. Not a run-down group home where recidivism rates are over 90%. Technology is available. The same tech controls installed in many advanced resort housing can and should be shifted to treatment housing. Lighting, temperature, colors, designs, textures - even tech behind the walls - all have provide valuable healing and wellness benefits. Deployable and modular housing is better and more efficiently produced than ever. From 300-400 sf "tiny homes" to 2000sf modular housing. In the next 12-18 months, TimberHut and our partner companies will have the capabilities to provide a massive amount of housing, specifically designed and allocated for this and this alone. We don't want to merely be a part of this movement. We want to be this movement. It has been too long since a lone enterprise, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant, has risen to such a challenge. TimberHut has struggled in finding its footing. But our passions remain the same. To provide the best, most innovative deployable housing available. But the luxury resort community has plenty of us to choose from. If we left the market now, it likely wouldn't make a difference. And I want to make a difference. Who's with me?

What if you could drop a laundry unit right into your campground with little downtime and loads of impact? Just think about it... doing laundy while camping in a unit that feels good to do laundry in. These can be in smaller, easily deployed 200sf units or even larger 400sf park model units. What's your pleasure? Taking orders now. www.timberhut.com

We're partnering with companies near and far. And some of these collaborative efforts are being springboard into action. This is a pivotal month for us. Thus, we want to get some smaller orders in, done, and out! If you have a hospitality project you'd like to us to take a look at, reach out now. We're busy. But we're about to get a lot busier. We're trying to fill in some gaps in our production schedule. We'll make it work. We're looking forward to hearing from you.
