Announcement: Timor Resources is advertising its second appraisal drilling tender. We are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified suppliers for the supply of drilling equipment and services, including minimum spec 1000HP Onshore Drilling Rig package. Applicants will need to prequalify to receive a bid package and participate in the tender process. Key Details: Submission Deadline: EOIs must be received no later than 20 September 2024 Drilling Unit Specifications: Rig Type: Trailer Mounted Drilling Rig Carrier, 1000 HP Mud Pumps: 3 units, each with a minimum of 1000 HP Top Drive: Minimum capacity of 250 Ton, minimum 700 HP Mud Circulating Tank Capacity: Minimum 1300 Bbls Drilling Pipe: Equipped with 4-1/2” drilling pipe Blowout Preventers (BOP): BOPs (13-5/8”, 5000 psi and 11”, 10000 psi) Critical Spare Parts: Complete with one lot Cementing System: Complete with one lot QHSE Qualifications: Must have an approved Timor-Leste Regulator Safety Case Must provide a Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) in accordance with industry standards Timeline Requirement: Rig must be certified, with a proven history of drilling, and be available to drill in Timor-Leste within 160 days Interested suppliers meeting the criteria are invited to submit their EOI, directly to admin@timorresources.com.au to prequalify for inclusion in the tender. #drillingservices #drillingequipment #oilandgas #tender #timorleste #procurement #competitivetenderprocess

Stuart's 38 years of experience, including his role as VP of Shell, Exploration Executive of Apache, and Haes, he has extensive experience in all aspects of subsurface/surface evaluation and risk analysis, along with proven methods for accelerated appraisal and development campaigns. Stuart is a proven oil finder, who has led teams to an 85% success rate, working in 20 countries.
