  • When Jordan Katzman’s daughter, Rave, developed eczema at 7 weeks old, he turned to Tiny Health for answers. What started as a quest to help his little girl led to an incredible family health journey. Determined to help her heal, Jordan worked with our microbiome specialist Amy Orlandi to set up Rave for a healthier start in life. Solving Rave’s eczema inspired Jordan to test his gut health and what he found was several imbalances in his own gut. Having battled OCD and anxiety most of his life and chronic heartburn in his 30s, he worked with Amy to implement his Action Plan to restore balance to his microbiome. And the results were incredible. For the first time in years, he could enjoy foods he hadn’t been able to 🍅 But what surprised him most? The mental health shift 🧠✨ 📖 Discover how changes to their diet and lifestyle created big shifts in their wellness journey. Read the full story: https://lnkd.in/ggAuXDzN
