The beehives are managed by Heritage Apiary, a local, female-owned business specializing in swarm capture to rescue bee colonies. Every year, honey is harvested and sold in their store, and we love sharing jars of this sweet local treasure with our plant visitors.   At #TITAN, we’re protecting and restoring nature with #biodiversity management plans, nature risk assessments, and pollination initiatives. TITAN Group has entered the South Asian market through a new #jointventure in #India, focused on #lowcarbon #buildingmaterials. 🌿 🏗️ 🌍   ✅The venture, formed in collaboration with JAYCEE – a prominent Indian player in supplementary #cementitious materials (SCMs) – will operate under the newly established entity Atlas EcoSolutions Private Limited, with TITAN Group holding a majority stake.   ✅The new venture will focus on sourcing, processing, marketing, and distributing SCMs to global markets. By providing SCMs as sustainable alternatives to clinker-based cement, it aims to help #customers build #sustainableconstruction projects worldwide. ✅Building on the previous SCMs initiatives, including partnerships with Aegean Perlites in Greece, Vezirhan Pozzolan in Turkey, and Ecocem for the development of innovative low-carbon cements in Europe, TITAN continues the deployment of its #GreenGrowth Strategic Directions 2026.  🔗 Read more here: https://lnkd.in/dri28J6F #TitanGroup #netzero

Titan America has announced pricing of initial public offering. The Company has priced its initial public offering (“IPO”) of 24,000,000 common shares at a price to the public of $16.00 per share. The IPO consists of 9,000,000 new common shares to be issued and sold by Titan America and 15,000,000 existing common shares to be sold by Titan Cement International SA.
