The Transportation and Warehousing industries are the Life Blood of every countries economy in the world, yet it’s workers face some of the highest injuries and illnesses than any other industry. Over 50% of injuries are caused by overexertion resulting in strains and sprains in the arms and or back,. OSHA Despite such a large population of the workforce and the importance of those jobs, there are few if any products offering a high quality solution at an affordable price. This is costly for the industry, the employees, and the employers. We took the advice from commercial drivers, warehouse workers, diesel mechanics, physical therapists, and mechanical engineers to develop a product that could help turn things around and ultimately become a big win for everyone involved. We developed a universal design, high strength, effective, light weight, and durable tool that uses leverage and angling to make opening and closing traditional commercial shipping containers safer and easier.
