How much do recruiters genuinely understand about the specific job requirements and candidate qualifications for each role they interview for? What level of personal experience do they need in the field they are hiring for to effectively screen potential candidates? How long does it typically take for a recruiter to write a detailed report for each candidate they want to submit? And how detailed can these reports be when recruiters are often incentivized by the quantity rather than the quality of submittals? As a master trainer, I see the potential to address some of these challenges through targeted training programs. However, if there's a tool or job aid that can solve these issues, training might not be the optimal solution. Recently, I've been assisting Mark Knowlton at TechScreen, Inc. with setting up their online booking system. Through my conversations with Mark, I've discovered that their software effectively addresses all of the aforementioned questions, bridging a 20+ year experience gap. It's truly remarkable. With this tool, even a new recruiter can conduct interviews with the quality and efficiency of a 20+ year recruiting veteran, producing comprehensive reports in seconds rather than the hours it might take an experienced recruiter. Recruiters shouldn't be expected to have the same depth of knowledge as the highly technical roles they are interviewing for, and Mark's tool solves this problem. It's revolutionary. If you have the time, I highly recommend giving it a look. You won't be disappointed. #recruiting #recruitingsoftware #AI #Screening #technology #techrecruiting #TechRecruitment #HRTech #TalentAcquisition #HRInnovation #HiringSolutions #RecruitingSoftware #HRTraining
