📍 Project Spotlight: LAX Airport Police Facility ✈️ We’re proud to have provided scheduling services for the new LAX Airport Police Facility, a transformative project completed in August 2021. This 12-acre redevelopment brought together 8 separate APD resources into one state-of-the-art campus, designed to meet CAL Green Tier 1 standards and achieve LEED Silver certification. 🚨 Project Highlights: 🏢 165,300 SF Headquarters Building 🚗 34,000 SF, Four-Story Parking Structure (863 stalls) 🎯 41,000 SF Firing Range 🌳 9,000 SF Quad Area 🌟 New indoor and outdoor functional spaces for APD operations This project, led by Hensel Phelps as the General Contractor, had a contract value of $182.5M and was completed in 38 months. 🚧✨ #Throwback to an incredible project we had the honor of being part of: the Fine Arts Complex at Allan Hancock College in Santa Maria, California! We developed the construction schedule for this impressive 88,796-square-foot, two-story complex that brings together Fine Arts and Performing Arts facilities. The building features state-of-the-art spaces, including a dance rehearsal room, music rooms, visual arts and photography studios, painting and video production studios, a film/video and multimedia/applied design lab, and a recital hall. Working on a project that supports such a diverse range of artistic endeavors was truly a rewarding experience.
