Meet Jason Welte! From apprentice to lead project coordinator, he’s experienced it all—and through every role, he has proven to be a hardworking and reliable team member. What does he love most? The support system built within the team and the satisfaction of seeing projects succeed from start to finish. Jason looks back at those who helped him grow within TP Mechanical over the years and is committed to paying it forward by being that same source of mentorship for others. His growth within our company is a testament to his persistence and work ethic! 

Our TP Mechanical team has been hard at work on the West Carrollton Schools project. The two new facilities, serving students in the Dayton area, will feature modern amenities, enhanced security and improved energy efficiency. Special recognition to our project coordinator, Jason Welte, for his dedication to pushing and meeting the requirements of the changing job schedule, as well as to key team members: Courtney Tolle (superintendent), Taron Loos (plumbing), Dave Salyers (sheet metal) and AJ Enamorado (hydronic piping). Thank you to everyone involved for making this project a success!

Incredible things happen when we come together! TP Mechanical and The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company have joined forces to make a lasting impact in our community by collecting items for the Mid-Ohio Food Collective as we work together on the OhioHealth Women's Center Project! Together, we're fighting hunger and building brighter tomorrows.

This week marks the 10th annual National Apprenticeship Week, highlighting the success and importance of apprenticeship programs in building a skilled workforce, creating pathways to quality jobs, and promoting racial and gender equity. For over 40 years, TP Mechanical has been committed to training the future workforce, recognizing a strong labor force is an investment in the company's future. New to central Ohio, the first Build My Future event was recently held in Columbus. At this event, over 150 high school students came together to explore avenues within the construction industry and discover the benefits of pursuing a career in the trades. TP Mechanical was pleased to participate and work with the next generation of talent. As we look into the future, we know that young, creative minds are essential for our industry's growth!
