Mavis Wiggins Announces Retirement After 14 Years of Leadership and Mentorship at TPG Architecture For the past 14 years, Mavis Wiggins has helped to shape not just the spaces we create but the culture and vision of our firm. Her contributions have been monumental—transforming how we approach design, mentoring the next generation of talent, and elevating the quality of work we deliver to our clients. Mavis has consistently led with heart, creativity, and commitment. Her legacy is etched into the fabric of TPG, from the award-winning projects she spearheaded to the lives she has influenced through mentorship. Before joining TPG, Mavis had already established herself as a design powerhouse, helping redefine what it means to create spaces that inspire and connect. At TPG, she took that passion to new heights, steering the firm into new creative territories and helping to reimagine what’s possible in workplace design. As we celebrate her incredible career, we want to express our deepest gratitude for all she has given to our people, our clients, and our work. Mavis, we wish you nothing but success, joy, and adventure in this exciting new chapter of your life.
