  • October Employee Spotlight: Meet Chelsea! Chelsea joined TRA in 2021. She works as our MRI coordinator for all TRA and DINW sites and is tasked with getting STAT exams in sooner, as well as optimizing schedules to allow more exams in order to maximize the amount of patients seen. Chelsea works directly with some offices, providing concierge level service for their patients, while also being a resource for the techs or for special projects. Chelsea works the waitlist across all sites, including CMBC, scheduling their patients at Gig Harbor for Breast MRI’s. She has been able to grow the coordinator position to include other modalities like CT and US, providing mentorship for the new roles. Chelsea says that her favorite thing about working for TRA is the growth and opportunity to learn new things the company has to offer. She says she felt supported to grow and was new to the company less than 6 months before being invited to join the MRI Optimization Project by leadership. She says the company is very supportive of employee ideas and to changing workflows. When she isn’t at work, Chelsea is a mother to two, so they are busy with baseball and enjoying the outdoors. Her favorite things are family weekends at the beach or camping, both super fun activities. Thank you for all you do, Chelsea! We are so lucky to have you at TRA!
