The more familiar I get with the credit union industry, the more passionate I feel about creating a successful product for them, their members, and their members' families. Last week, I had the pleasure of spending an entire week with Desert Financial Credit Union. Their approach to serving their community beyond banking services stood out to me. Their entrepreneurship approach to the challenge of integrating new systems is also impressive, and it was a pleasant surprise to learn about their current efforts to provide excellence in member experience to their Latino community, which resulted in me taking home plenty ideas for our product.
