Tramview is pleased to partner with Campus Advantage® on the recent acquisition of Alight Columbia — a student housing property located near the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina. The property, which has been rebranded as The Radley, is a 206-unit, 700-bed property with a strong amenity set and located within a mile from the campus core.

Tramview Capital Management Exits Wilmington, NC Portfolio Tramview recently completed the sale of a two property multifamily/student housing portfolio in Wilmington, North Carolina. The properties are located approximately five miles east of downtown Wilmington and within a short walking distance from the UNC Wilmington campus, catering to a mix of student and traditional renters in the high growth Wilmington market. Tramview originally acquired the properties in an off-market transaction in October 2021 in a joint venture (“Venture”) with Pearlmark and Timberline Real Estate Ventures. The Venture completed several strategic common area and exterior capital improvements during its ownership to maintain high occupancy and drive income growth. Thanks to Pearlmark and Timberline for a successful partnership.

Great job by the Tramview and Vanbarton investment teams to acquire this well located medical office building, situated directly across the street from Emory Decatur Hospital in the Atlanta MSA. The 11,055 sf property is leased long-term to Resurgens Orthopaedics, the largest privately held orthopedic practice in Georgia.

Tramview is excited to partner with Vanbarton Group on the recent acquisition of a medical campus totaling 23,160 square feet located in Littleton, Colorado within the Denver MSA. The campus is 100% leased and occupied by Conceptions Reproductive Associates, part of Reproductive Medicine Associates, one of the nation’s leading reproductive service providers with fertility centers in eight states across the country.

Tramview Capital Management and the healthcare division of Vanbarton Group recently completed the acquisition of three medical office properties totaling 57,600 square feet located in Tucson, Arizona. Great job by the Tramview and Vanbarton teams to structure and close this investment!
