Christian will be building on his 4+ years of M&A experience in the industrial/consumer/retail spaces, and 6 years in Fintech. Christian was graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.S.B.A in Finance & Banking. He is currently enrolled in the UVA Darden School of Business and expects to complete his MBA program in May of 2025. Christian is also a CFA Charterholder.

Justin Karr joins Transact Capital Securities, LLC as a Managing Director, establishing the firm’s New York office and its Consumer & Retail practice. With over 20 years of corporate finance experience, Justin has specialized in mergers and acquisitions, debt, and equity financings. His career includes a strong track record of successful buy-side, sell-side, and financing transactions for leading global consumer and retail brands, as well as founder and sponsor-backed businesses. In addition to his transaction experience, he has served as Interim CEO of a Nasdaq-listed company and consulted for some of the most innovative consumer product companies in the industry.   Before joining Transact, Justin worked in New York City focused on the consumer and retail sectors for both boutique, and global investment banks including UBS, Ernst & Young and J.P. Morgan Chase.   Justin earned his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business Honors Program. He resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife and two sons.
