If you are internally displaced due to conflict in your home region, access to the internet can be crucial. It may allow you to use location services, stay updated on news, and access vital information about healthcare, education, and your rights. However, this is largely true only for a handful of languages that dominate online spaces. Thousands of displaced persons speak marginalized languages, for which such information is often unavailable.
