About us
As a multi-disciplinary consulting firm, Triad Engineering, Inc. (Triad) provides geotechnical and civil engineering, landscape architecture, environmental services, land surveying, construction materials testing and monitoring, drilling, and construction materials laboratory services, to a wide range of clients. Established in 1975, we pride ourselves in being an employee-owned firm with nearly 200 employees throughout West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Ohio. Our professional staff can take a development project from property acquisition through construction. This ability offers our expertise to clients during all phases of a project which ultimately leads to greater project success. At Triad, we are small enough to be responsive to individual client needs, yet large enough to remain at the forefront of our industry. We’ve heard from clients that our people make the difference. VISION STATEMENT As an employee-owned firm, we care about each other, we care about our work, and we care about our clients. We want our clients to feel like they are an extension of the Triad family. A triad is a group of three connected things. Our CORE VALUES form our triad: SAFETY. We strive to lead with safety in every action and with every project. We watch out for each other – our fellow employees, clients, and jobsite co-workers. WELLNESS. We expect Triad staff to be responsive, hard-working, and passionate. We believe that the best way to do this is to support each other in terms of mental, physical, and financial health. SERVICE. Prompt service, open communication, and high quality work are our goals for every project. ESOP Triad Engineering, Inc. is 100% employee owned and operated. Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan serves as a retirement plan for employees by holding tax-free investments on their behalf until retirement age. Constructed in 1995 and situated on 13 acres of prime real estate in Washington County, PA, this 4-story, 90,000 sq ft commercial building is set to become the future home for Morgantown-based WVU Medicine. Located at the entrance to the Southpointe mixed-use business park, it's a highly anticipated development. NAI Burns Scalo brought Triad Engineering on board to provide ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey services. Despite challenges like weather and the Thanksgiving holiday, our surveyors worked quickly and completed the ALTA in just 5 weeks — from Notice to Proceed to Final Documents! #Surveying #Engineering #RealEstate #Construction #WVU #LandSurvey #TriadEngineering #Southpointe #NAIBurnsScalo

Saint Albans employees celebrated Christmas while enjoying smoked turkey and ham cooked by our Chef Extraordinaires John Moore & John Haynes. A huge thank you to them and everyone that brought other items and/or dishes for the party. As always, Karen planned an amazing event with several icebreakers, games, gifts and prizes. Not only did Saint Albans employees get to enjoy great food and gifts, but field and office staff got to spend more time with one another which isn’t always easy to do. Christmas is the perfect time to enjoy the company of everyone that makes Triad what it is today! #Christmas #Co-Family #HolidayCheer

Proper lifting is always important — even Santa’s got the right technique! This holiday season, take a cue from St. Nick and lift with care to avoid injury. Whether you’re lifting gifts, decorations, or holiday treats, remember to bend with your knees, not your back, and keep your load close to your body. Triad Engineering was proud to sponsor the 5th Annual Run Santa Run 5K on Sunday, December 15th, supporting the Rosenbaum Family House! It was amazing to see the Morgantown community come together for such a great cause. This year, the event raised over $20,000 to help provide essential support, like room coverage and meals, for families in need. Thank you to everyone who participated and donated. If anyone still wants to donate they can head over the to the Rosenbaum Family house website for more information. https://lnkd.in/etdvnKCb #TriadEngineering #RunSantaRun #RosenbaumFamilyHouse #CommunitySupport

Early mornings, hardworking hands, and endless dedication—our technicians are up before the sun rises, ready to make things happen at job sites all over. Today, we hit pause for a moment to show our appreciation. The Hagerstown office team got to enjoy a well-deserved breakfast before heading out for another day. It’s just a small gesture to say THANK YOU for all the incredible work they do. To our amazing technicians: we see you, we appreciate you, and we hope today’s breakfast filled your bellies and made the day go by just a little bit quicker! #ThankYou #HardWorkPaysOff #TeamAppreciation #Grateful #BehindTheScenes #FullBellies

This past Tuesday, our team had the privilege of joining industry leaders at the ACEC-WV Annual Winter Luncheon at Edgewood Country Club in Charleston, WV. The event was an opportunity to learn about the latest developments shaping our industry. We were honored to hear from Rob Rice, Deputy Cabinet Secretary and Director of the Division of Land Restoration at WV Department of Environmental Protection, who shared insights on key initiatives and the role consultants like us can play in strengthening the relationship with the WVDEP. Thank you to ACEC-WV for hosting such an informative and engaging event! https://lnkd.in/eTkhp-5m #ACECWV #Networking #IndustryInsights #TriadEngineering #WVDEP #ConsultingEngineering #WinterLuncheon #WestVirgi
