Joel Failla and Childhood Cancer Advocacy We’re not just focused on building great fixtures—we’re committed to building a strong, supportive community. Today, we want to spotlight Joel Failla, the son of our very own Kristine Failla. Joel is not only a childhood cancer survivor but also an inspiring advocate for others facing similar battles. Diagnosed with Stage 3 Intracranial Rhabdomyosarcoma at just 27 months, Joel has been through more than most people can imagine. Now, at 21, he’s sharing his journey to help raise awareness. Recently, he took part in the "What About Kids?" Research & Advocacy Symposium as a panelist, using his experience to give hope to other survivors. Joel is a true testament to resilience, balancing his advocacy work with his studies in Computer Science, all while enjoying the great outdoors.
