  • In December, Triplemoon had the incredible opportunity to host a parenting workshop for employees at a top global investment firm (we can’t name names, but trust us, you’ve heard of them!). The focus? Helping parents create meaningful moments with their kids during the chaotic holiday season. It’s no secret that the best places to work for parents go beyond offering the basics like paid leave, childcare support, and hybrid flexibility. The great workplaces provide additional support through workshops, coaching, and counseling, recognizing that parents who feel supported at home are more productive and loyal employees. That’s where Triplemoon comes in. We offer 1-on-1 coaching, expert-led seminars, and group workshops that equip working parents with tools to manage stress and strengthen connections with their kids. The result? Happier, healthier families—and reduced turnover for employers. When organizations invest in parenting solutions, everyone wins. We’re proud to partner with forward-thinking companies that value their employees as people, not just professionals. Let’s keep building workplaces where parents can thrive. • In a world where fertility rates are declining and family structures are evolving, parenting looks different than it did a generation ago. As highlighted in The Wall Street Journal, global birthrates are falling faster than expected, reshaping the way we think about families and the support they need. Rising childcare costs, career pressures, and shifting cultural norms mean families are navigating challenges that weren’t part of the conversation 20 years ago. Today’s parents are stretched thin, balancing careers, caregiving, and their own well-being in a world that demands more than ever. Shifting norms require new solutions. At Triplemoon, we believe modern parenthood needs modern support. That’s why we offer resources that meet parents where they are—whether it’s through personalized coaching, evidence-based courses, or 24/7 expert advice. Families today deserve tools and strategies that empower them to thrive, no matter what life throws their way. Together, we can redefine parenting for this generation and the next. Looking to support the parents in your life or at your company? Visit Triplemoon.com to explore how we’re empowering families and building stronger, healthier workplaces. • Starbucks is tripling its parental leave—here’s why that matters. Starting in March 2025, Starbucks will offer 18 weeks of fully paid leave to birth parents and 12 weeks to non-birth parents. This is a big step forward for parental support in the U.S., where only 40% of employers currently offer any paid parental leave at all. At Triplemoon, we believe that parental support isn’t just good for families—it’s good for business. A less-stressed workforce means better retention, higher productivity, and a stronger company culture. When employees feel supported at work and at home, everyone wins: parents, companies, and society as a whole. Starbucks is listening to what employees actually need. It's a clear reminder to all employers: investing in family-friendly policies is not just a “nice to have”—it’s essential for attracting and retaining talent. Let’s hope this trend continues. Parents deserve more, and the data shows it pays off. #parentalleave #benefits #parentingsupport

  • Maternal Mental Health Isn’t Just a Women’s Issue—It’s a Society Issue. At least 1 in 5 mothers or childbearing people in the U.S. experience a mental health condition during pregnancy or postpartum—making it the most common complication of childbirth. Yet 75% of those impacted don’t receive the care they need. The consequences ripple far beyond the individual, affecting babies, families, and entire communities. Left untreated, these challenges cost our society $14.2 billion annually, not to mention the immeasurable emotional toll. That’s why Triplemoon is proud to join the Maternal Mental Health Leadership Alliance (MMHLA)—a national nonprofit dedicated to advancing maternal mental health through policy change and health equity. Together, we’re committed to advocating for systemic improvements, building partnerships, and ensuring families receive the support they deserve. Maternal mental health is foundational to thriving families and societies. It’s time we treat it that way. Let's work together to ensure that every parent and child has the opportunity to flourish. Learn more about MMHLA and join the conversation about how we can make a difference: www.mmhla.org #MaternalMentalHealth #HealthEquity #FamilyWellness

  • Becoming a parent is life-changing, but for many mothers, the support they receive during pregnancy seems to vanish once their baby is born. As one mom put it: “Everyone asked me how I was doing while pregnant, very few ask me how I am doing now.” A recent study highlights this gap, revealing that many women feel abandoned postpartum, facing anxiety, stress, and reduced social support just when they need it most. Moms often face worries about milestones, feeding struggles, and the sheer weight of caregiving. What helps? Genuine support—regular check-ins, practical advice, and tools to navigate both the hard moments and the joyful ones. It’s about creating space for moms to feel seen, supported, and empowered to care for themselves while caring for their families. At Triplemoon, we’re here to fill that gap. With one-on-one coaching, 24/7 text support, and research-backed courses, we’re making sure moms have what they need when they need it most. Because every parent deserves to feel supported. Find out more at Triplemoon.com. Read more about the study here: http://bit.ly/3BnzL29
