We're proud to share that TRITEC Asset Management has recently completed the build-out of First National Bank LI®’s newest Southold branch! 🎉 Nestled in a charming post-and-beam-style strip mall, this project blends modern functionality with the post-and-beam charm of its original design. The transformation includes sleek quartz countertops, refreshed woodwork, custom-built spaces like an IT room and conference room, and bright LED track lighting, creating a welcoming and efficient environment for customers. To complete the branch’s makeover, we enhanced its curb appeal with a refreshed exterior that reflects the care and attention to detail throughout the project. On May 17, 2016, TRITEC Real Estate Company began a new chapter in Port Jefferson by taking down the long-abandoned Heritage Inn motel, paving the way for a fresh start in the heart of the Village. Fast forward to June 2018, and in its place stands The Shipyard at Port Jeff Harbor—a 112-unit, maritime-inspired waterfront community with modern, sophisticated #apartments. Today, The Shipyard offers residents a sophisticated waterfront lifestyle, with amenities like a rooftop deck overlooking Port Jefferson Harbor and the Long Island Sound, cozy club rooms, dog washing station, and easy access to Port Jefferson’s vibrant downtown. Here, you can take in harbor views, enjoy waterfront sunsets, and explore the best of #LongIsland's coastal living. 🌊

🎉 This past Tuesday, we proudly celebrated the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the completion of the current phase of development at Station Yards, marking a significant milestone in the revitalization of the Ronkonkoma train station area. The current phase, Phase 2A, includes 388 apartment homes, 67,000 sq. ft. of retail, 16,500 sq. ft. of office space, and a public plaza. The ribbon cutting also honors the arrival of our first four tenants: Bethpage Federal Credit Union, Redefine Meals, Catholic Health, and Great South Bay Brewery. These local #LongIsland-based businesses are the first of many that will call Station Yards home, creating an authentic regional destination. As part of the celebration, we also broke ground on the next phase of this transformative mixed-use project, Phase 2B, which will add 175 market-rate apartments, 1,419 sq. ft. of retail space, and a dedicated parking structure for residents. Upon completion, Station Yards is expected to generate $40 million in disposable income, playing a crucial role in Long Island's economic growth. A big thank you to all our partners, elected officials, tenants, and community members who joined us. We look forward to the continued transformation of Station Yards into a vibrant, walkable community that integrates residential, commercial, and public spaces.
