This station was only 8 years old and our customer has had nothing but problems. Pumps jamming, plugged discharge, capacitors needing replaced, replacing floats, and starters been shorted. We showed up to a completed flooded non working station. Environment One Corporation retrofit to the rescue!! Complete station rehab finished in roughly 5 hrs. Completed gutted the station to remove all the guide rails, floats and brackets. Installed SCH80 PVC duplex slide face manifold, 2 wet well Extreme series grinder pumps, buck boost transformer, and a duplex alternating alarm panel. Have a problem station?
