Bringing truth and transparency to sales commissions.

About us

TruCommish is the first solution that helps salespeople verify their commission earnings. Compensation verification is a significant problem for commissioned sales professionals. Accounting errors occur all the time, sometimes negatively impacting their commission earnings. Some salespeople use spreadsheets to manually track their pay, wasting hours of time navigating the complex incentive structures of their compensation plan. Others simply don’t check and blindly trust that they are paid correctly. Existing tools, such as commission software, help managers build compensation plans and commission statements, but do not help verify that those commissions are correct. TruCommish is a completely novel solution. It is geared towards helping individual salespeople by bringing transparency to sales compensation, and providing unique insights to help them earn more. Salespeople are happier, more motivated, and more loyal when they can trust that they are treated fairly. TruCommish benefits reps and businesses alike, creating a transparent and healthy relationship that ultimately drives better results.

🥊Employee Advocate 🔄 Counter to Human Resources 💰 Commission Finder 🔎 Founder/CEO 🔥 Entrepreneur🏌♂️ 🏖. I consult on severance, PIPs, employment matters and more.

Don’t miss this one. Actionable post results to help you. Some shocking and interesting recent poll results of employer behavior. Over the past several months I have done a number of polls. Have you ever worked for a toxic boss? Did you give 2 weeks’ notice when you resigned, what happened? Were you given 2 weeks notice when you were terminated? Have you ever filed a complaint with HR? The results are not good for employees and you should factor them in to your decision making with your employer moving forward. 1️⃣ Toxic Bosses (2059 votes). ➡ 94% had worked for a toxic boss. Think about that. ➡ 69% stayed too long or were impacted ➡ 26% realized it and got out before the damage Very disturbing results of abuse and unhappiness experienced by employees. In this case 1964 of 2059 respondents had worked for a toxic boss. Wow. 7 in 10 stayred too long or impacted. That's a lot of damaged people. 2️⃣ Gave 2 Weeks’ Notice When You Resigned (1072 votes) ➡ 48% gave 2 weeks and was allowed to stay for 2 weeks. ➡ 37% were terminated immediately ➡ 12% left the employer high and dry. ➡ 3% were countered and stayed Again very disturbing. 3 out of every 8 employees who gave notice were terminated immediately with no compensation. Yet only 1 of every 8 employees resigned effective immediately. Things were handled properly less than half the time 48%. Why would anyone who cares about the two weeks pay ever give notice? 3️⃣ Given 2 Weeks’ Notice When Terminated (960 votes) ➡ 84% terminated got no notice or pay ➡ 12% terminated were given 2 weeks’ notice ➡ 5% terminated were told 2 weeks but let go sooner. ➡ 26% had never been terminated. Again very disturbing how employers expect employees to act a certain way but treat them the opposite. 17 of 20 employees who were terminated got no notice or pay – “today is your last day”. Less than 1 of 8 were given the two weeks’ notice that employers expect from you. Think about that the next time you consider giving notice. 4️⃣ Filed Complaint with HR (437 votes) ➡ 9% felt it was handled properly - wow ➡ 34% the employee was blamed for the issue ➡ 31% nothing happened ➡ 25% employee was terminated within 3 months More shocking or maybe not so shocking data. Less than 1 out of every 10 employees who complained to HR were satisfied with the response or outcome. Holy smokes. More than 1 out of 3 were blamed for the issue. 1 out of 4 were terminated shortly thereafter. Think twice about going to HR. As these poll results show, it pays to be loyal to yourself when it comes to your employer. Do what is right for you first and foremost. Not sometimes but always. They have no loyalty to you. Don’t be fooled. #sales #loyalty #employment

You don't want to miss this LinkedIn Live with Chris Bogue and me. "Don't Get Screwed" this Friday 2/23/24 at 1pm est. Coming in hot and heavy. You get me for an hour unfiltered. Link in comments to sign up. I live in New England in the winter. I don’t enjoy the cold. I have not played golf in 5 months. I am deficient in vitamin D. I’m coming with an edge. Watch out employers. I’m spilling all your tricks and secrets you don’t want your employees to know about. We’re covering all the topics. Employment agreements. How to protect yourself. How to plan your exit before you arrive. What is leverage? How do you identify it? How and when do you use it? The farce of PIPs and how they are wrongly used to reduce separation costs. Trickery I am seeing in stock equity grants on unknowing employees. Is there anything more one-sided than your comp plan? Read the fine print. Should you worry about your non-compete? Are non-solicits even worse? How to be proactive to avoid or minimize bad employer behavior. What to do if you think you are going to be terminated. Signs to watch out for. You’re likely not paranoid. We might need more than an hour. Anyone got any other topics they would like to hear about? I am looking forward to it. It’s going to be fun. Let’s go. #sales #linkedinlive #advocate
