The ideal operator is a motivated individual with a minimum of $25,000 in investable capital or an established business owner looking to expand into East Liverpool’s revitalized market, currently benefitting from over $6 million in private investment. What We Provide: True North offers comprehensive start-up support, including site planning, engineering, construction, legal, accounting, and marketing assistance. The operator will be responsible for space design, menu development, and day-to-day operations under a lease agreement.
