Truetimber Founder, Scott Turner had a wonderful visit with Barefoot University last week, a nature focused homeschool educational program in Powhatan, to talk about trees and their importance in the environment and read his children's book about trees, Just Grow! It was a cold day, but the kids were tough! They also foraged evergreens to make wreaths! Thank you Barefoot University for having us!

Truetimber is excited to partner with Open Space Education for the second STOP+SEE w/ Dee! Truetimber founder, Scott Turner, now sits on the board of Open Space's Board of Directors and we're working together to grow together. In STOP+SEE w/ Dee, Open Space teaching artist Dee Robertson will guide a nature walk along a 1 mile loop through the enchanted woods at Camp Truetimber.
