Today, the Truman National Security Project proudly introduces the 2025 Truman Member Class — 62 distinguished national security professionals representing our commitment to inclusivity and diversity. This remarkable group includes: 44% accomplished women, 50% proudly identify as BIPOC, 21% represent the LGBTQIA+ community, and 19% are differently abled. Additionally, 24% are first-generation college graduates, and 31% share the distinction of being first-generation Americans. Their selection marks a significant milestone in our ongoing mission to cultivate a vibrant tapestry of perspectives and experiences within the realm of national security.
